Dissolve 25 g in 1 L distilled water and adjust the pH to 7.2.
Sterilize by autoclaving for 15 minutes.

Composition: Tryptone 10 g/L, Yeast Extract 5 g/L, Sodium Chloride 10 g/L.

Store dry at room temperature.
