Description: Suitable for removal of terminal monoesterified phosphate from deoxyribo-oligonucleotides. Used for the removal of single phosphate groups from 5´-ends of linear vectors to prevent recircularization during cloning or to dephosphorylate DNA prior to kinase labelling protocols.

Storage conditions: 50 mM Tris-HCl, pH 8.0, 100 mM KCl, 1 mM MgCl₂ and 50% (v/v) glycerol. Store at -20 °C.

Concentration: 0.5 U/µL.

Supplied with 10× reaction buffer: 500 mM Tris-HCl, pH 9.0, 10 mM MgCl₂, 2 mM ZnCl₂.
