Description: NZYDNA Ladder VI is a ready-to-use molecular weight marker, specially designed for easy quantification and size determination of small DNA fragments in agarose gels. Gels need to contain at least a 2% (w/v) concentration of agarose to allow the clear identification of each band.

Sizing: NZYDNA Ladder VI produces a pattern of 17 regularly spaced bands, ranging from 50 to 1500 bp. The 200 and 500 bp bands stain brighter to help identification.

Storage conditions: NZYDNA Ladder VI should be stored at -20 °C until first use. Thereafter, the product can be stored at 4 °C for up to 6 months. Avoid multiple freeze thaw cycles, as these can damage the product.
