Description: BamH I is a Restriction Endonuclease purified from an Escherichia colistrain that carries the BamH I gene from Bacillus amyloliquefaciens H. BamH I activity is not affected by dam methylation, dcm methylation and CpG methylation. NZYTech provides BamH I with a specific buffer, NZYBuffer B. NZYTech’s BamH I is an enzyme that acts at 37 °C. For double digestions please use NZYBuffer U (not provided, MB1100).

Concentration: 10000 units/ml.

Reagents supplied with the enzyme: 10× NZYBuffer B.

Storage buffer: 10 mM  Tris-HCl pH 7.4, 50 mM NaCl, 0.1 mM EDTA, 1 mM DTT, 100 µg/ml BSA, 50% (v/v) glycerol.
