AccuLite™ Mini Fluorometers are portable instrument designed for multipurpose fluorescence measurements. The instruments are simple to use, lightweight, and can be powered by either DC power adapter or battery, making it an excellent choice for field studies and laboratory measurements. The AccuLite™ 350 UV meter detects blue fluorescence, and includes a program for use with Biotium’s AccuBlue™ Broad Range dsDNA Quantitation assay.

Biotium also offers the AccuLite™ 470 mini-fluorometer for green fluorescence measurement, which includes programs for use with the AccuBlue™ High Sensitivity dsDNA quantitation assay, AccuClear™ Ultra High Sensitivity dsDNA quantitation assay, and AccuOrange™ protein quantitation assay.
