AccuLite™ Mini Fluorometers are portable instruments designed for multipurpose fluorescence measurements. The instruments are simple to use, lightweight, and can be powered by either DC power adapter or battery, making them an excellent choice for field studies and laboratory measurements. The AccuLite™ 470 detects green fluorescence, and includes programs for use with the AccuBlue™ High Sensitivity dsDNA quantitation assay, AccuClear™ Ultra High Sensitivity dsDNA quantitation assay, and AccuOrange™ protein quantitation assay.

Biotium also offers the AccuLite™ 350 UV meter for measuring blue fluorescence, which includes a program for use with Biotium’s AccuBlue™ Broad Range dsDNA quantitation assay.
