Product Description

Fluorophore conjugates of dUTP can be used in place of dTTP in standard DNA labeling and synthesis protocols to generate fluorescent dsDNA and oligonucleotide probes. CF™405S is brighter and more photostable than Cascade Blue. Please note: CF™405S-dUTP has been used successfully for TUNEL staining of cultured cells, but may not be suitable for TUNEL staining of tissue sections.
