Description: Nde I is a Restriction Endonuclease purified from an Escherichia coli strain that carries the Nde I gene from from Neisseria denitrificans. Nde I activity is not affected by dam methylation, dcm methylation and CpG methylation. NZYTech provides Nde I with a specific buffer, NZYBuffer A. NZYTech’s Nde I is an enzyme that acts at 37 °C. For double digestions please use NZYBuffer U (not provided, MB1100).

Concentration: 10000 units/ml.

Reagents supplied with the enzyme: 10× NZYBuffer A.

Storage buffer: 10 mM Tris-HCl pH 7.5, 50 mM KCl, 0.1 mM EDTA, 1 mM DTT, 200 µg/ml BSA, 50% (v/v) glycerol.
