Product Description

Fast Probe Master Mix is formulated for conducting real-time PCR using an oligo-based probe, such as a TaqMan™ probe, a MGB probe or an AllGlo™ probe. The master mix contains buffer, dNTPs, MgCl2 and our superior hotstart enzyme Cheetah™ Taq. Cheetah™ Taq is a chemically modified hotstart Taq which can be fully activated in 2 minutes, thus permitting fast PCR. We offer two formats of probe master mix, without ROX (Cat# 31005) and with ROX (Cat# 31016).
