Product Description

Aminooxy CF™350 (aka CF350 hydroxylamine or CF350 aminooxyacetamide) is a blue fluorescent dye with an aminooxy reactive group, which can be used to label a target molecule with an aldehyde or ketone group. Aminooxy group readily reacts with an aldehyde or ketone group to form a stable linkage without the use of a reducing agent. CF™350 is spectrally similar to the traditional blue fluorescent dye, AMCA. However, compared to AMCA, CF™350 is more water-soluble, more photostable and at least 50% more fluorescent on proteins. CF™350 is at least as bright as Alexa Fluor® 350 and thus can be a direct replacement for the latter for all applications.
