Product Description

This protein labeling kit comprises the orange fluorescent dye CF™405L in succinimidyl ester (SE) form and other necessary materials for labeling 3×1 mg antibody.   CF™405L is an orange fluorescent dye spectrally similar to Pacific Orange dye.  CF405M and CF405L dye conjugates can be simultaneously excited at 405 nm and emitted at 452 nm and 546 nm respectively to facilitate two-color analysis by flow cytometry.
