Product Description

CF™543 maleimide is a superior orange fluorescent dye with a maleimide reactive group, which can be used to label a target molecule with a thiol group. CF™543 has an excitation spectrum optimally matching the 543 nm laser line. Antibody conjugates of the dye are much brighter than those of Alexa Fluor® 543.
