Product Description

CF™594 maleimide is a superior deep-red fluorescent dye with a maleimide reactive group, which can be used to label a target molecule with a thiol group. CF™594 is spectrally similar to Alexa Fluor® 594 and Texas Red®® dye but yields much brighter protein conjugates due to its high quantum yield and exceptional water solubility. CF™594 also has excellent photostability ideal for demanding applications, such as confocal microscopy and single molecule imaging. The dye is particularly useful to combine with our blue fluorescent CF™350, green fluorescent CF™488A and far red CF™633 or CF™647 for multi-color imaging.
