Product Description

Aminooxy CF™594 (aka CF594 hydroxylamine or CF594 aminooxyacetamide)  is a deep-red fluorescent dye with an aminooxy reactive group, which can be used to label a target molecule with an aldehyde or ketone group. Aminooxy group readily reacts with an aldehyde or ketone group to form a stable linkage without the use of a reducing agent. CF™594 is a superior alternative to the spectrally similar dyes Alexa Fluor® 594 and Texas Red® dye owing to its exceptional brightness and photostability. The dye is particularly useful to combine with our blue fluorescent CF™350, green fluorescent CF™488A and far red CF™633 or CF™647 for multi-color imaging.
