Product Description

CF™647 succinimidyl ester (CF™647 SE) is an amine-reactive, red fluorescent dye. It is one of a series of CF™ dyes developed by Biotium for labeling proteins and other biomolecules. The dye is particular useful for labeling antibodies with results superior to those obtained with Alexa Fluor® 647 SE or Cy®5 SE. The absorption and emission spectra of CF™647 are similar to those of Alexa Fluor® 647 or Cy®5.
